No nonsense politician, the Rt Hon Ann Widdecombe, known for her controversial views and as a star of ‘Strictly Come Dancing’, is to come to Waterstone’s Drake Circus on 6th August to co-sign a book for which she wrote the foreword. She will also be signing copies of two of her own books.
Ann wrote the foreword to “All at Sea with Truffles: the Fat Tabby Cat Goes Cruising” written by Sheila Collins. Sheila and Ann will be co-signing copies of this book including its successful predecessor “Truffles’ Diaries: The Memoirs and Mewsings of a Fat Tabby Cat” to which Ann also wrote the foreword. This is a series of books charting the adventures of a particular plump tabby cat called Truffles. Told through the eyes of the cat itself, the books give a unique and humorous perspective on the world around us and the bizarre social rituals we seem to conduct ourselves with.
In addition, Ann will also be signing copies of two of her top selling, paperback fiction titles: “Father Figure” and “An Act of Treachery”.
