Celebrating Good Service – I’m With Mary

Thanks to Sky+ I was able to catch the first episode of Mary Portas’s new series “Mary Portas: Secret Shopper” at the weekend, and it left me feeling even more strongly about the role shopping centres should take in celebrating the good customer service that is offered within their malls and precincts.

In an earlier blog I wrote about how, in a retail market that is becoming homogenised through price competition, it would be great customer service that would win the day – in terms of good PR, footfall and ultimately tenant sales.
